TAR UC KL Main Campus held an International Student Conference 2019 from 25 to 26 October 2019.The TAR UC International Student Conference 2019 was an event hosted by the Faculty of Accountancy, Finance, and Business of Tunku Abdul Rahman University College in partnership with ACCA, Coventry University (United Kingdom), Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance (China) and Zhejiang Financial College (China). With the theme ‘Building Bridges, Creating Possibilities’, the conference aimed to provide a platform for students and employers to share common values on diversity, globalization and inclusivity as well as to foster business relationships and dynamics among participants. Penang branch campus sent a total of 42 students to participate in the conference.

The conference began at 7.00 am for registration. An ice-breaking session was arranged for students from different institutes to know and network with each other. Following this was the opening ceremony.

A cultural dinner was held on 25 October 2019 where the students got to know the culture of different nations.

On the second day of the conference (26 October 2019), a game session was arranged before the closing ceremony.

At the closing ceremony, TAR UC KL invited other institutions from other nations to co-organise such a conference again the following year in another country, and TAR UC KL will arrange for the students to attend the conference.
