Booking Guidelines
Online sports facilities can be booked two(2) days in advance.
All facilities is limited to one booking(min-1 hour/max-2 hours) per court per person per day.
Check-in/Check-out at the Counter. All users/participants must present their ID cards at the counter upon using sports facilities.
The booked facilities will be forfeited after 10 minutes if no-show.
Whoever breaches the rules will not be allowed to use the facilities in future.
The authority reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice.

Term OF Use
The booked facilities will only be used for the designated function of the facilities, unless with prior approval of the management. If players wishes to use the facility for any other activity, the players should seek advice and approval from Department of Student Affairs(DSA) before making the booking. The management may not permit such other use on the facilities by the players if without approval.
Players should be properly attired at all times. Shorts and T-shirts must be worn at all times and sports shoes are mandatory. For squash and badminton, only nonmarking sports shoes within the court.
Foods and bags are not allowed at the sports venue. Drinks and water may be taken in non-breakable, spill-proof containers. Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited in the campus.
Players are advised to bring their own equipment. However, players who wish to borrow equipment can refer to the staff on duty. Any person who damages or destroys the property of the University College shall be held responsible and liable for the repair and replacement of such property at their own sole expenses.
Permission/approval must be obtained from the management before taking any video or photographic images in the facilities.
Players must leave the facility/playing area when their booked session/hour is over. All hired/borrowed equipment should be returned at the same time.
The University College reserves the right to add, change, withdraw or cancel any booking without prior notice. This includes closing a facilities or changes to its opening hours for safety reasons, maintenance or special events.
The University College reserves the right to bar anyone who does not observe the Rules and Regulations for Sports Facilities, abuses equipment or shows disrespect to other students and staff or are in violation of the Student Code of Conduct.
RULES & REGULATIONS FOR USE OF SPORTS FACILITIES
Players should be properly attired at all times. Shorts and T-shirts must be worn at all times and sports shoes are mandatory. For squash and badminton, wear only non-marking sports shoes within the court.
All applications to book sports facilities must be submitted at least one day in advance except for use of swimming pool and gymnasium. Players should present booking confirmation slip together with all the group participants’ ID cards to the staff on duty before using the facility.
For gym equipment use, towels are compulsory. Please register at the counter and present your ID card to the staff on duty before entering the gym. Do not drip sweat on the equipment.Wipe your sweat off the benches after you have used them. Re-rack weight plates and dumbbells when done with your exercises. Do not monopolize equipment. Do not drop or clang weights.

RULES & REGULATIONS ON THE USAGE OF SWIMMING POOL
All users should shower before entering the pools.
All users should adhere to the rules of swimming sports by wearing:- a. Men: Swimming trunk & cap b. Women: Swimsuit & cap (Bikinis are prohibited)
All users should keep their clothes, towels and other belongings inside the locker.
All users are prohibited from bringing in food and drinks into the swimming area and its surroundings (decks).
Person suffering from infections, communicable or contagious disease is prohibited from using the swimming pools.
Spitting and any other unhygienic acts in or around the pools or decks are prohibited.
The use of rubber, air mattresses, toys balls, and any other forms of toys are not permitted except for arm rings and floats for children.
No person shall be allowed to wear footwear on the deck except for authorised personnel.
All users should conduct themselves orderly and properly within the swimming pools or Clubhouse.
All running, pushing, horseplay, dunking or any form of “rough play” within the vicinity of the pool are strictly prohibited.
No person should enter the deep end of the pool unless he/she knows how to swim.
Children should be accompanied by their parents or guardian who will be responsible for their conduct and safety.
All users of the pools are strongly advised to leave the pools when it is raining and whenever there are thunderstorms/ lightning or under any other life threatening or emergency situation or circumstances and shall do so immediately when directed or instructed by lifeguard or any other person authorised by the Management with long whistle blasts.
Cleanliness is the responsibility of all users.
The authority reserves the right to evict any user who does not obey the rules and regulations of the swimming pool. No entry fees will be refunded.
The authority reserves the right to close the swimming pool as and when it deems fit. As such, there will be no refund of money.
The authority is not responsible for any losses of property, life and injury in the swimming pool or Clubhouse.
*All Rates and Rules & Regulations are subject to change by University from time to time. Users may be notified of such changes in any manner deemed appropriate by the University.
