Due to Covid-19, the committee of LDDS decided to hold the first meeting online through Google Meet to welcome all the freshies. The aim of this meeting was to let all the members know each other through the ice breaking session.

At first, we introduced the background of LDDS by presenting the PowerPoint slides to them. Then, we introduced ourselves. After the introduction session, the Game Master briefed them about the rules for the game that would be played in the game session. The members were separated into a few groups and were asked to join their respective Google Meet room. Each group was led by two to three committee members.

After an hour, they were required to rejoin the main Google Meet room. We played them a video about the events organised by the previous batch of committee members. Finally, we had a Q&A session for the new members so that they could understand LDDS better.
