On the day of the event, about 125 participants joined the talk via Google Meet at 7.30 pm. The engaging two-hour session explored the following topics:

Facebook business page
Facebook marketplace
The other marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada and Zalora
(2) Social media branding strategies that can be used to capture the target audience
Connect with influencers
Be consistent in messaging
Have a signature style
Be consistent with one’s topics
Post regularly
(3) Ways to create a winning social media strategy
(4) Ways to get more engagement and traffic
Participants were delighted to learn useful knowledge on how to build an outstanding online business. Those who desired to start their online business grabbed the opportunity during the Q&A session to ask Mr Alen some questions. While answering the participants’ questions, Mr Alen also gave suggestions on ways to make an online business more attractive and competitive. After that, the organising committees took a group photo with the participants and the speaker. However, due to a layout limitation in Google Meet, only 49 people could be accommodated in the group photo.
The event ended with a feedback session in which participants provided their input via Google Forms. The overall feedback from the participants was encouraging as they hoped that M&M Society could hold more events like this.
